Brake Calipers: We engineer single-piston floating calipers for economy cars, dual-piston and four-piston fixed calipers for SUVs and performance vehicles, air-brake calipers for Class 6-8 trucks, and specialized low-drag calipers for EVs to prevent seizure from regenerative braking underuse. Our heritage foundry recreates obsolete Girling, ATE, and Sumitomo designs for classics dating back to the 1950s. We also produce monobloc 6-piston and 8-piston calipers for supercars with carbon-ceramic rotors. Piston sizes range from 34mm to 90mm. Every caliper undergoes 2,500 psi pressure testing, salt spray corrosion resistance to 720 hours, NVH tuning, and ECE R90 compliance.
Engine Cylinder Heads: We cast and machine cylinder heads in high-grade aluminum (A356, 319) and grey cast iron for inline-3, inline-4, V6, V8, V10, V12, flat, and diesel configurations. Our range supports naturally aspirated, turbocharged, supercharged, and hybrid powertrains. We provide OEM-spec replacement heads, high-flow ported heads for racing, and exact reproduction of rare vintage castings using original alloys. Compression ratio customization is available. All heads receive CNC valve seat cutting, vacuum decay testing, and pressure checks at 100 psi, meeting SAE J431 and ASTM B108 standards.
Steering Gears: We produce rack-and-pinion, recirculating-ball, and electric power steering (EPS) gears with ratios from 14:1 to 22:1. Applications span subcompact city cars to heavy-duty Class 8 trucks, with specially tuned low-friction EPS units for silent EV operation. We also supply hydraulic and electro-hydraulic steering gears for classic and commercial vehicles, including recirculating ball gears with integrated dampers for off-road and military use. Endurance testing includes 500,000 full-stroke cycles, and every gear is calibrated for precise on-center response and torque feedback, compliant with ISO 11425.
Universal Vehicle Coverage: Our digital archive contains over 50,000 engineering drawings spanning models from 1950 to the present. We cover major global brands from Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, China, and India, including iconic models like the Ford F-150, Toyota Corolla, Mercedes S-Class, Porsche 911, Honda Civic, Tesla Model 3, Freightliner Cascadia, Ram 1500, BMW 3 Series, VW Golf, Subaru Outback, Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Toyota Hilux, Land Rover Defender, and John Deere tractors. If a drawing is unavailable, we reverse-engineer from customer-supplied cores, scanning geometry and simulating fluid dynamics.
